45-year-old man with adult onset diabetes mellitus and erectile dysfunction (impotence) for five years. The erectile dysfunction was contributing to his martial discord. Treatment with self-injection therapy and intra-urethral suppositories (MUSE) was unsuccessful. These are the photos 6 weeks after surgical implantation of an inflatable penile prosthesis.
