65 year old male with diabetes mellitus using insulin to control his glucose level and a history of erectile dysfunction. He has peripheral neuropathy and retrograde ejaculation (ejaculation with fluid moving backwards into his bladder). This is the postoperative result using an American Medical System CX penile prosthesis.
