GENERAL:

1. Take all medications as instructed.

2. Do not take any aspirin or aspirin or aspirin-containing products for two weeks following your discharge from the hospital.

3. Call my office to schedule an appointment in days.

4. Call my office at ANY time, if you have any questions or problems.

AFTER SURGERY:

1. No heavy lifting for TWO weeks after discharge from the hospital.

2. Do not drive a car for one week after discharge.

3. Change the dressing every day(s).

4. You may may not take a shower.
